I took my 2015 Soul EV to my local Raleigh Kia dealer for a tire rotation, and the service guy said "Hey, you've got two recalls. We'll fix them while you're here today, no charge." But after half an hour he returned, saying "Sorry, we're not authorized to do the recall repair work." Bummer! If I have to drive to Georgia for an "authorized" dealer, I guess I won't get the recall work done anytime soon.
