Radio not working

Anyone ever have a problem with their radio? Mine just stopped working. All I see is the spinning pinwheel. Last week I had a problem with SiriusXM having no signal now this.

It would seem to be consistent with the faulty antenna diagnosis you mentioned. Possibly a progressive degeneration of insulation.

I have an appointment at a repair garage Friday. Hopefully they'll be able to find the problem and fix it. I just bought the car from CarMax about a week ago and the repair will be covered by them.

I joined a Kia Soul EV Facebook group and one of the members suggested I reset the radio. That fixed the radio but still no signal for SiriusXM. I'm taking the car to a shop tomorrow (CarMax is paying for it) and hopefully they can find the problem and fix it. In the meantime I'm using the SiriusXM app on my iPhone.
