Range - Charge Discrepancy

My 2017 Kia Soul EV shows 30 miles range when fully charged. The dealership says the battery pack is not degraded, What is going on?

Could there be such a huge discrepancy between the GOM range and the actual range with no battery degradation? Could calibrating (charge to full and run down to a low % a few times) realign the two numbers?

p.s. Out of curiosity, how come you stopped advertising the Torque Pro codes (and are they still available somewhere)? Do they still work as far as you know?
