2017 Soul EV Charging Issue - Not Reaching 100%

Hello. New to this forum.
I just picked up a used 2017 Kia Soul about two weeks ago, and I’m kinda running into a bit of a hiccup. I notice every time that it won’t charge all the way to 100% - usually stalls at around 80%, and then I gotta plug it back in to top it off.
Anyone know what’s up with that or how I can fix it?

Which kind of charging? Slow charging AC, or fast charging DC.

Check if the car charging settings are not set to 80%.
