Any Arizona owners out there?

I bought a 2017 Soul EV yesterday. I really love it! But... I'm wondering about the battery SoH. Right now, I'm getting 84 miles on a full charge. The car was traded in by someone who leased it in California. I live in Phoenix with a carport that gets afternoon sun. I don't drive a lot since I walk to work. How long do you think it will take before I have to get a new battery? What have your experiences been? I also wonder how many of us desert EV drivers are out there?

I would love an update on your car. I am considering buying a 2017 Soul in Tucson and am concerned about the heat issues. I don’t have a carport so my cars cook in the sun. But maybe the battery warranty will cover any issues down the road. Would love your thoughts. Thanks!
