Any updates on this topic? I am considering buying a 2017 with less than 20k mikes, one owner on lease in Southern California. I live in southern Arizona with similar ridiculous heat, and I have no carport/garage.
Wondering if I should avoid this or just plan on working with Kia to replace the battery at some point.
