Battery bar flashing....?! Anyone knows why?

My 2016 Soul EV, battery bar close to the "MIN" flashes, while driving..... Any one knows why?!
and my battery now full charge on got 91KM.....

I just pass the warranties limit, 110,000km.... any where to check or fix other then getting wipe off by dealer?!

It's been seen on many cars since they were released, I think that one of the earliest threads on this forum was about it. I've not seen an actual fix for it, there have been software updates and instrument cluster replacements, but it seems to always come back. There seems to be no actual problem apart from the segments of the display flashing occasionally, mine does it sometimes and I just ignore it.
