Fast charging communication error

Hello,
I have problem 2016 Kia Sous EV fast charging.
Regular charging is ok but in faxt charfer charging station displeay write:
Fault. Communication error. Turn off the vehicle or put shift P.
What can be wrong?
Can somebody help me?

If this happens on multiple charging stations it might be an issue with the receptacle in the car. Have you had the car scanned for fault codes? I've seen some strange things so it might also be that you could unhook the negative terminal of the 12V battery for a little bit to force the onboard computer to reboot.
