Federal Tax Credit

I'm just starting to do my taxes and am planning to claim the Federal $7500 tax credit. However, the Kia Soul EV isn't on the IRS's list of qualified vehicles:

Has anyone already successfully claimed the credit for the Soul EV?

In response to my question of why the Soul EV is not on the current IRS list of qualified Vehicles, I got a phone call from Kia Corp.-Irvine today. Ali Ibrahim said Kia Soul EV would be on the IRS list shortly and does now qualify for the Fed Tax Credit.
