Installing UVO card in a none UVO (Canadian version)

Has anyone tried contacting Kia USA and purchasing the missing UVO communication card and updating the system to enable UVO on Canadian 2019 Soul EV's.

I really do miss any app that allows for better control over charging, controlling the climate systems etc.
