Kia Soul EV dashboard: ECO electric and SOUL logo, white or green?

Hi,

I noticed this weekend that the "ECO electric" and "SOUL" logo in the dashboard was green. But yesterday it was was white again. Apparently I am not the only one, because I found these photo's on the internet.

Anyone knows a reason why the background color is Green :mrgreen: or White?
Normally only the small ECO sign is green.....

The logo is normally white unless you are in "B" and then it switches to green.

That first photo is puzzling because it shows the car in "D" but the logo is green. I think that's probably just a glitch in the cluster software - I've seen other glitches e.g. the red battery section flashing, "AV off" showing while the radio is playing. So I would not be surprised if sometimes it gets the colour wrong.

Always nice that sometimes you are puzzled and someone else knows the answer. Indeed driving in B-mode makes the backlight green for the "ECO electric" and "SOUL" logo.

I checked the manual, but this behavior is not described, at least I could not find it :mrgreen:
