Level 2 charger and Level one charger are not charging

Hi, I have a 2018 Kia Soul EV+. Had the battery pack replaced under warranty about 6 months ago and now the level 1 and level 2 chargers I have at home are not working. I can still use Chademo to charge but when I plug in home charger, no lights. The 3rd light has blinked before and all 3 lights have blinked when car is on. Any ideas on cause or remedies? Thanks!

The OBC may be broken. You can get it replaced under warranty.
This was a common problem ten years ago. See :- Charging Fault error.

Concur with @JejuSoul — classic symptoms of a bad onboard charger. Been there, done that on my 2016.

within 1 week of ownership, my brand new 2017 obc failed and it took 30 days to get a new one.
