Odd Acceleration Behavior

Some people were reporting that it only seems to happen while in non-Eco mode. Did the tech say anything about that? I'm not having this issue but just wondering.

The tech tested it under the conditions I experienced, which was with ECO mode off. I never noticed it doing it in ECO, but I suppose it's possible
