SD Card (map and navigation) intermittent issue

The navigation map sometimes failed to initialize so the map was not displayed, i have a feeling the SD card may be unreliable.
I tried to copy the contents to a new SD card but it didn't work, the original SD card apparently has some sort of copy protection.
Does anyone know how to transfer the contents to a new SD card?

Just download the latest version onto your new SD Card.

After a "successful" update, I've lost the feature of "Nearest charging station". It shows " -- " for me.

I've already contacted the official domestic representative via e-mail, but they haven't ever heard of such issue.
They asked for screen shots, later I received the engineering entering method & code so I can download a report to send them... which I still need to provide.

In the meantime another update was available, which I downloaded & updated "successfully", but the issue remained.

I'll spend some time with the required data-export & send it to them... Let's see what they can do with it & will share the outcome, when I got any update about this.
