Last time we had the car in, we asked for the drive battery SOH. Wife picks up the car and says they say the battery is "green",... what?

So this time, I specifically say "Hey, we're wanting to capture the drive battery SOH on the invoice, please have the tech connect the scan tool and download that".

Go to pick up the car and they had recommended 1) alignment, 2) brake fluid exchange, 3) replace 12v aux battery.

I'm looking through the paperwork and say "hey, I don't see the SOH" on here and he says we didn't replace the 12v and they couldn't connect the machine because the 12v was 0 SOH". I just stared at him. The car unlocks, powers up and runs both in drive mode and whatever the standby is when you don't put your foot on the brake when you press the start button. Also, the wireless ODB fob in the glovebox connects just fine. Soulspy just doesn't report the SOH. Temps, cell voltages, miles, vin, charge state, just fine but no SOH. All the same, it connected and downloaded without issue.

So now I don't know what to think about this Kia dealer other than just looking to scrw us over.

Not so long ago, I found a high-quality and cool site where you can play slot machines online for free and easy - https://slоtscity.ua/ . On this site, you can play slot machines online and win real money online in a really simple and easy way, and therefore I recommend you to try this site! Goodbye and good luck.
Yeah, their excuse doesn’t make sense if the car works fine. Either they didn’t try or didn’t know how. Try another dealer or EV specialist—sounds like they’re dodging or clueless.

With the ""bad"" battery, connected my Autel MX808S-TS and connected. SOH showing 100%. Wonder why the dealer couldn't.

Installed new battery.

Also pulled out the gps/charge device that I had installed for a program though the local utility to track where your charging was being done. That program ended but was paying a nice $5 USD/month.

Lastly, upgraded to the latest of NAV software in hopes the map would stop sucking since the 1st version. It was a minor improvement as we could actually see the name of the street we were approaching. I guess their team doesn't drive anywhere.
