I am in a Titanium Silver SOUL EV whilst I await my Blue one. Been waiting since September so growing impatient. Had a call today saying it is on its way to the dealer on Monday and I should get it next Wednesday.

In the meantime here is the Titanium loaner.

I would say certainly yes. After being flooded by sea water to this depth I am sure all electronics in the car are destroyed.
I don't have a flooded Soul EV battery pack photo to show, but we do have a T esla.
