Followed software instructions to the tee, at approx step 4 of 6 (upgrading GPS) and about four hours into the process problems started. Screen went blank, car lights started flashing and message on instrument panel said "stop car and check break problems". Car would not shut off and lights kept flashing, eventually I placed FOB over start button and was able to turn off vehicle. Tried starting car again and had no luck, received break message again and now car is being towed to agency.

It sounds like the 12V battery went flat during the upgrade. Did you have the car fully on? (Display shows green car and arrows).
I have upgraded a few times and it only takes 30 minutes.

Easiest fix for a flat 12V battery is jumper cables from a working car. Although I have never had to do it yet.

I believe it had a charge, the vehicle had been plugged in to the charger the whole time, but maybe the 12 volt battery got drained. One of the mistakes I did make was to have the vehicle on instead of on auxiliary. We will find out tomorrow what service says and how they will fix the problem. :(

Sorry if I confused you with the previous post.
There are 4 modes on the car
Off
In 'Accessory mode' the Nav is on but nothing else. The car is using the 12V battery. Power button is orange.
In 'On mode'. The dash and the Nav are on. Power button is reddish orange.
In 'Run mode' the car is ready to go. It uses the High Voltage battery.

The car needs to be in 'Run' to do the upgrade. (Power button is not lit. Display shows green car and arrows).
And you should turn the AC and lights off, (although I left them on and it was still fine.)

when your charge is finished, the 12v ACID battery replace the DC-DC converter for all periphericals 12v objects.

somes members have noticed that the car goes to OFF automaticly (like after 10min with no key ORANGE LIGHT and the RED BATTERY displayed on the dashboard).

Thank you for your diagnostics, the issue was a dead 12 V battery. Once they charged the 12v battery the car started up with no problems and showed them the correct information on the GPS, all seems to be functioning fine.
