Voice recognition and network connection

I find it difficult to get succinct and more definitive information regarding the inconsistent voice recognition (if totally non-existent) and poor network connections (even when manually entering destination info) on my Soul EV 2020. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Some threads I've read are difficult to understand. I did an update about a year ago, and over the last year, the voice recognition and network connection are very unstable and intermittent. Thanks so much for any responses.

If the system is still acting up after the update, it might be worth swinging by your dealership. They can run diagnostics to see if there’s a deeper issue, like a failing antenna or a software bug. I’ve heard of some Soul EV owners getting fixes covered under warranty if it’s a hardware problem, so it’s worth checking out.
