What is the heater power rating in Soul EV?

What is the actual power limit for heating in Soul EV?

I read in a post that it can go up to 5 kW.
Toronto driver said typical 1.5-2 kW.
I tried to push mine to the max (-10C outside) and only got up to 1.6 kW, never seen higher.

The electric heater is rated 6kW in the service manual. I've seen that during a short time when using the defroster, at below -20C, I think.

Going to service tomorrow as mine never goes above 1.6 kW and reserve climate doesn't work
