Yep fingers crossed - the service advisor said he’s never seen a car need a battery and obc replacement but he’s clearly never been on these forums.

In fact they called this morning to say that the warranty claim was approved, now the OBC just has to make its way over to Vancouver from somewhere in Korea...

Is there a risk of electrocution when applying anti-corrosion grease? To which side of the charging cable or port should the grease be applied? I’m embarrassed that I don’t know this
