No nav in Kia Soul EV Luxe Canada?

Hey everyone,

I tried going into the navigation system in the car, however it is non existent. It asks for an SD card. Do I have to purchase the NAV online?

I'm surprised Kia did not include it with the car....

Anyone from Canada had the same issue?

did you check all the info in your glovebox?
you should have been given one
see if its inserted in the slot correctly

If you can't find it go back to the dealer, it should have come with the SD card in there. When you get it working then check the version and compare it with the latest version at https://www.kia-gpsmap.ca/ If you don't have the latest then give the dealer a hard time about not updating it before selling you the car.
