Refill Coolant warning

I have the same basic issue. Had the flush, a couple of air bubble removals, no luck. I’m over the 5 year limit on the car now, bought just over 5 years ago. The issue seems to be external temperature related. It doesn’t do it in the winter when fast charging, even if the coolant system kicks in. You can hear it in mine. But as we transition to hotter later spring and summer weather it kicks back in after fast charging, and sometimes, rarely, with level 2 charging. The car is otherwise unaffected. One other really weird symptom, when it comes on in the dinner and it’s raining it keeps dinging repeatedly, where as in if it’s dry it dings once. I had to turn the audio warning off it was so distracting

I have a 2021 with 70K km, the car was initially serviced at the dealership for the recall, and the service team noted excessive crystal inside the cooling hose. The coolant system was flushed a few times, but no luck. The car was taken back and EPCM was replaced (KIA 366010EAB0 EPCU ASSY). Not a cheap part by any means, $7113.64 CAD. So far no check coolant message, will update if changes.
