2016 differences

• 
  - EVe base model added to standard EV model and luxury. Smaller screen, no backup camera but keeps heated front seats and heated steering wheel
  - "Sun and Fun" package of sunroof plus speaker lights optional on luxury
  - EV model now gets heat pump
  - Battery and charging same as before

Thanks for the link! Isn't the Heat Pump already standard on 2015 Soul EVs?

I like the addition of a sunroof option.

I'm surprised they're offering a lower-cost option, the 2016 Soul EV-e. After looking at the 2015 inventory list online, it seems the top-level EV+ models are selling fast (except for black/red), and the lower-price EV models are sitting on the lots longer.

In Canada the spec sheet for 2015 had the heat pump on the Luxury model only.

Just looked closer at the text in the link, and footnote 1 says 2016 Soul EV-e will be available only in California.

When I picked up my 2016 EV+ model in Portland, OR they also had one with the Fun & Sun option. The sticker said it was an $1100 option. It looked really nice but I had to admit to my self that I wouldn't use it very much in this climate.
