fully charge..winter!!

If it is fully charged? Does it make a difference to plug it in still, i mean does it help the battery in a very very cold winter?

Yes, heater for battery work ... when you leave the charger on the car.
And you can schedule interior temperature, too ... on 2 period in the day to unfreeze the car regulary.

try at 04h00 AM and at 08h00 AM for example.

and ... leave the charger connected permit to charge the 12v battery if needed.
