My dash has countdown warning about needing service. Can someone tell me what services might be required for a 2016 Soul EV with 50000 miles?

Sorry, you're quite right. The correct link for the Service Manual is https://www.ksoulev.com/. The Owners Manual tab at the top does not work, but you can get the Owners Manual from https://owners.kia.com/content/owners/en/manuals.html/
