Turtle Mode

I have a 2020 Kia Soul EV. The turtle mode has been coming on and the Tech's said that they can't find out why. They know that the computer says something has gone wrong but don't know why. It's dangerous driving when I am going at faster speeds it slows down to almost nothing. They have driven it around and the turtle mode won't come on. They asked if I was using another Charger and I told them I used 2 different fast chargers but that was over 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions for me would be appreciated. Thanks

My 2015 has one really bad cell, and it goes under 2.5V when I accelerate which triggers Turtle mode. When I lift the foot of the pedal and this cell stays above 3.2V for approximately 10 seconds Turtle mode goes off.
