I recently bought a used 2017 Soul EV. I registered at Kia Canada and they sent me a notification that my car is due for

210031; PS EV FATC OPERATION LOGIC IMPROVEMENT W

They suggested that I call the local Kia Dealer to schedule a service appointment.
Any info about this recall?
Has anyone seen a TSB for this recall?

I tried to search for this recall - no exact matches.
All I found is a TSB for a similarly named recall on the American NHTSA site:

TLDR It fixes when the heat pump operates. Kia broke it with an earlier update SA427.
